Descriptions:
The Order
An order of hell knights established by Jonathan White, and encouraged by the creator of Last Hope, Matilde Carebetter. These individuals have restricted their control to Last Hope in previous years and their expeditions abroad in the name of the greater good have become less, and have recently stopped altogether. Though a force for good in the world the order has slowly become more tied to their home city, maintaining the elements of the city which allow life to thrive.
The Gouros Remnants
The Gouros Remnants are the remainder of a shattered invasion force. Though they succeeded in their conquest, they were forsaken by their homeland, and were not allowed to return. They have become a people of our new continent, and their history forgotten but for a few rumors of past glory.
The Saurian Reclamation
A disenfranchised people, the Saurians were once great and powerful casters. They have lost this ability, their greatest mages plunged into darkness, their abilities lost, but not forgotten. They seek to reclaim their temples, and their lost power, but have found few willing to help them, inside or outside of the coalition.
The Mongke Gal Khoganate
These are a tribe of humans similar to mongolians. They occupy the land between the South-Western dwarves and the Gorous.
The Peacekeepers
The order of the silver mace, more commonly known as the peacekeepers, is an organization meant to suppress violence in whatever method is most effective.
The Inquisition
The inquisition is a society of spell casters, historians, and thieves. They accept any into their society and their goals are mixed. They are not welcome in Last Hope, where their influence is seen as a possible source of corruption. These individuals seek knowledge at worst with a fanatical zeal, or at best with a steadfast determination.
The Conglomerate
The conglomerate is what remains of two leviathan companies established generations ago. They lay claim of ownership to the Great Tree, and the excavation site outside of it. Their rights to this land are contested, but they support their claim militarily, and this military force has yet to be challenged. The conglomerate is split into three mining companies: W13, GA, and Nova. Each organization within the conglomerate seeks different outcomes to their military occupation of the Tree Lands, and their unifying goal of profit is sometimes overlooked leading to infighting.
