the inhaled poison is a stepped up version of Sleep-smoke from a specific adventure book. It is DC 22 Inhaled Unconsciousness/ 1d4 hours Unconsciousness poison. It would cost 300 gp (0 with the materials already handed to you) and would cost you 50 gp in mats (but you already have them) so you just have to make a craft (poison making) check for the week and multiply it by the DC (22) to get how many gp worth of that item for that week. In this case a single success means you have made the item. If you failed by 5 or more however, you lose the materials. (You can take ten on this check so if you have +12 or greater, this is a non-check for you)

After killing the Ur-priest and looting them all for their enormous wealth, and stealing everything that isn't bolted down from that church, including those bottles of fine wine don't forget. and the chandelier (cuz why not?) the total gold is 804,400 or 201,100 per person. Also 400 exp.
