Hi all,
We received our order for the Return to Ravnica launch, so the cards are in stock, and on sale today at Titles Bookstore (the main bookstore, in the basement of Gilmour Hall, just next to the Student Centre). We didn't get a whole lot of them, so obviously it's first-come, first-served. If you'd like to place some on reserve until you can come pick them up, you can call us at 905-525-9140 x27873.
At this point, we have a few fat packs, some intro packs, and plenty of boosters available in boxes or singles.
Happy launch day! Court

On that topic when I pick up my box I want to host a free draft for whoever wants in; i provide the packs, and you just give em all back to me when we're done having a good time.

Okay, I've heard this term draft a lot lately. Can someone explain it? Is that where you just buy a bunch of booster packs and try to make the best deck you can make, then duke it out? If not, what's that called?

A fuller explanation of draft: A draft is where a number of people (preferably 8, minimum 6) get together with three packs each. Then they open a single pack, take one card out of it then pass it along to the next person who repeats the process. Then the next two packs are distributed in the same way. When everyone has 45 cards they have to make a 40 card deck using as many extra basic lands as they want, then they play with that deck and the extra cards as their "sideboard". Sealed is the much simpler version where you get 6 packs, and then build a 40 card deck (with extra lands again) to duke it out with.

If there are boxes left at the store by the time I get there tomorrow I will be hosting a free draft for people to participate in (you don't get to keep the cards though). Will be at normal magic times in the normal place.
