I figured that this is overdue, post your ideas here.
I've been thinking of playing a reasonable Antipaladin who is in fact better at being a good and upstanding individual than 90% of the Paladins who exist.

I will likely be playing one of the three characters in my signature. Depends on the levels we're going to play and any other restrictions we put on material (assuming we're playing PF).

I was thinking of my soul taker thing I talked about last year.
I figured a good idea might be a charismatic rouge thats bluffing and being all diplomatic while he has people sign over their souls to him. Why you may ask, just because he can.

Rockbeard (oneshot character from 2010, bit of a crazy-grampa style dwarf) Crisp (Human pirate, hates water elementals, probably a ranger but elementals are not on the favoured enemy list) Krull (Attempt to emulate the Ghost-faced killer class from Complete Adventurer, probably half-orc)
I predict missing 2/3 of the 1st sem games so far though.

I'm thinking of a dwarf cleric. Lots of righteous fire and sanctified steel.
I'm thinking a priest of some religion that lost favor in his homeland. And so he wanders the land, setting people on fire and hitting things with his hammer. Maybe he sets his hammer on fire and then hits people with it, or sets them on fire and then hits them, so much versatility.

Secret agent modelled after Sterling Archer. Gunslinger with bucaneer archetype (for the Pirates Jargon and liquid courage abilities especially). Also gonna look to the DM's hoping for a home rule to allow me to use a Margay cat named babou as my exotic pet (described as being similar to an ocelot )

I think I will stat the three of them up at around level 2 and 5, whichever one seems to be the closest to a traditional character will be chosen. Azili/Rockbeard is a Duergar which is 1 strike against being normal already but he is the only one I have a class picked for (druid).

Vikings for days. Probably some kind of invulnerable rager barbarian.

Viking Monk, who specializes in grabbing you by the ankle then flipping you to trip. Also all his abilities are refluffed to reflect him being a badass Viking instead of a dextrous monk.

I'm thinking it'd be fun to play as a Vishkanya Ninja. I was going to play a Vishkanya Rogue/Crimson Assassin. I feel a pairing.
