So, I was thinking this could be a thread where we post information we've learned on PC's or information they have given us but do not want everyone to know. Mostly for DMing purposes so we can involve the player characters more in our missions and encourage roleplaying and stuff.
So yeah, here's some info Matt/apples sent to me regarding his character (he probably sent this to some other DM's too but I'm not sure).
Tavern Barkeep Story
Location "Stupid Halfling Volcano Island", probably not an island
Town of Arrowdale population 3178 90+% Halfling
Warm all year
Tavern Name: Belching Dragon
Mr T Barkeep (T actually stands for Tall, people decided it stood for Tavern and he never corrected them)
--------------------------------------
5'9''|230lbs|55 years
Short Dark Hair, Brown Eyes
Lawful Neutral
Two classes, some casting (mostly used to make food and alcohol)
Race 'Halfling' (Human)
Claims to also have Bronze Dragon Heritage. Slightly pointed fingers are his only proof of this.
Maximum Jumping distance 84ft,
24 Diplomacy
25 Perception + automatic trap lookingfor
30 Profession Barkeep
Languages: Draconic, Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Halfling, Orc, Undercommon
STR 10
DEX 10
CON 10
INT 10
WIS 22
CHA 18
AC 38, TOUCH 34, FLAT-FOOTED 24
Fully Buffed AC 50, TOUCH 38, FLAT-FOOTED 32
Saves 10/14/19
CMD 40-44
Total attack bonus +8/3, 1d10 damage
--------------------------------------
Pivotal Event, back when he was an adventurer(like you, then I took an arrow to the knee a Red Wyrm to the everything)
Got caught up in fighting a dragon. Should have realized it was just trying to delay me. It got away but rather than help with the more immediate issues, I chose to follow Bestore. Never managed to kill it, but I Fell that week.
"Biggest I've seen, the legends say they come bigger still" Two fully grown giants from head to rear, twice that if you count the tail. Eyes completely black, and I mean completely, not even shiny. Spines, all down its back, red as the forge at the tips, duller at the base, but still distinctly red. Belly looks as smooth as its back looks prickly. This is a deception, though smooth, it is no easier to penetrate than anyplace else.
Not looking for Atonement, I just want to see him dead in my lifetime. It has been so long since I was a warrior, I have managed to recover most of my speed, but have nowhere near the strength to kill him. I can protect myself well enough and help you to do the same but as far as actual damage is concerned, that is up to you lot.
