Are you planning to add more omni tool upgrades? Because I'd totally get them.

grenades are bought once, and refresh after each mission, you can only carry one type at a time.
There will be omni tool upgrades, and other types/brands of omni tools. Also I will be adding a shoots fired before cool down to all guns. (like ammo that refills when you let it sit for a round).
Also powers, all powers, share a cool down, and it is 1 round, so no power spamming, or gun spamming.
Dan I love the vorcha bandit. You seem to have gotten it at least 90% right. Toughness is a save, based on con, but you can not put points in it. So add con mod, +armour bonus to get your total. Also you don't get a -1 str, the (+0) in brackets is the total.

Don't forget, Language. Each race has at least one and your base omni tool only speaks citadel speech. (Though I am adding software patches now)
There. tons of omni tool upgrades

Harkness.. I missed it the first time... I love it Alvin.
Scott your toughness seems off. +5 from having 20 con, +10 armour, +10 sheilds, +1 Race, that should be it? Fortification is not constant. So 26 normally... still crazy it takes 11 damage weapon to knick you.

So I suppose I might as well throw my character choice up and the thread, though I'm nowhere close to done.
To put it bluntly: I am the very model of a scientist Salarian

How does fortification work then?

Fortification 3pp: Boost 3: Protection 1: (Impervious, Total Fade)
Boost is a standard action to use, it lasts for rounds equal to rank (3 rounds per rank in Fortification), what it boosts is Protection 1: (Impervious) meaning +1 Toughness, and you are immune to damage equal to or less than 1 (per rank).
So Fortification 3 is, take a standard action to gain Protection 3 (impervious) for 9 rounds.

Harkness.. I missed it the first time... I love it Alvin. Captain Jack Wilson, Alliance Navy, ~Time Agent~How many extra credits would taking Benefits:Wealth give? And does the Omni-Tool AI start with a base INT of 1 then? With like a -5 to any Knowledge checks it makes? And I'd have to pump it up two or three times with the +4 upgrade to make it reliably useful?

Ooo! Good question about wealth! Need me some more credits for a weapons mount. Thinking of going with the grenade launcher for now. Bit worried about that 1 range increment deal though. How far exactly can that thing shoot?

Omni Tool, Int 1 VI -5 to knowledge checks, this is true. So with just one pack on a knowledge it has -1, and can take a 10 for a total of 9.... not the best. With a second upgrade it can take a 10 for 13 much better.... but it is limited to once per int... so it can't. I guess to be useful you'll have to upgrade your VI to int 3.... it works much better then.
As for Wealth.... 1000 credits. Not the best, but that's the system.
Range on weapons is 10ft x the rank in Blast. (Blast 6 meaning 60ft)

550 for INT 3 (-4); 750 for Knowledge +12 + taking 10 = +18 knowledge for 1300 credits.
I want to upgrade the hell out of my omni tool, but I think I'm going to wait for more credits before doing so.
