The SRD itself offers a way to calculate the points for your stats as well as all the details you will need to create the character including feats and other details.
Just google d20pfsrd. there is even a page with a step by step on how to make characters.

If you need help, come to any game night and most people there will be able to help you out. Alternatively we could arrange to show up a bit early one day and get it done before it starts.
If your just asking about a site that does that however... im not sure any exist. Not that i would want to use anyway.
