Hey everyone,
casual magic during the term was really fun, but in case anyone is still hanging around in Hamilton I was wondering if anyone would be interested in summer casual magic? If so, I was thinking afternoon magic in the MUSC would be fun, and I might be getting my hands on a Rise of the Eldrazi box soon and will be looking to draft. If anyone is interested, please post away

Hey there,
Nygil here, I am totally in for it, I was talking to Liz and Lihn the other day and we are thinking weekday afternoons around 6 at the same place we played all year.
Thursday and Friday are no good for some of use, so I was thinking on Tuesdays would be good. I'll likely send out an email, or bother Ed of Edwards, who is now in charge of this.

Ah very good! Unfortunately, I am working nights starting at 6 so evenings wouldn't be too good for me in particular, were you guys interested in doing weekends?

Oh and also, I have 14 packs of Rise of the Eldrazi. Do you think anyone in the club would be interested in drafting?

I am, at this point, interested in getting back into MTG and learning drafting MTG, provided I can afford it.
It all just depends on the final Date/Time/Location. (I've not been able to make it to MTG during the year.)

We could do sunday drafting at mac, odds are costs would be about $13 per person.

I've taken a look at this new set. It's definately something I want to play. (I've been out of the MTG loop since time spiral and all sorts of things seem to be happening.)

Alright sounds cool. I would be more than happy to provide my packs for $13 per person, then donating a portion of the income to the club. My e-mail is piotrbruszewski@gmail.com if someone from the club wants to contact me about the details! This sunday might not be the best but I'd be happy to do it another day.

For those that are not in hamilton, there is also the possibility of playing MTG online using magic workstation.

There's also a program called octgn. Haven't been on in a while. Might want to try it again. Dunno if workstation can or not, but in octgn you can do draft, sealed, or multiplayer.

Did I miss everyone, Go to the wrong location, or was it just me and JC there? (SHWAT OFFICE or however it is spelled?)
In any case, I waited from about 5:45 to 7:00 when JC had to leave.

I'm sorry, I was held up at work and late, no one was there when I checked. Linh was busy at work and I guess no one else showed up. Durning the normal school year we get mucchhhhhh larger turn outs. Also if you ran in to JC you were in the right place.

Just as a note for things everyone can do over the summer, build an Elder Dragon Highlander deck, the rules are online. Its a fun way to play because its damn near impossible to get your deck to work the exact same way every time (depending on your general). Its mid July now so everyone has 45 days till the new school season!
