Steve, that ex-UFC fighter that usually stays really quiet on the ship, spending his free time moping and glaring angrily at anyone who gets too close to his permanently parked car, appeared on the ship suddenly along with four other party members.
He was bludgeoned, burned, and bore several cuts that were caked in a strange grey silt. But that didn't seem to stop him as he ran to the ship's item creator, threw a bunch of coins into it, and bought a masterwork spyglass.
So far he didn't say a word to anyone. However, once he was on the viewing deck, staring out into the void with that telescope, he began to yell for everyone to "Get the $@%# in here!"
By the planet that was Faerun (for whatever reason, Ryan knew exactly what Faerun looked like and where to find it in the "sky"), one could just make out a very slow moving object. It was greyish and pink though the colours seemed to shift depending on the angle you looked at it. It seemed to writhe and beat as if it were struggling to hold its shape while taking laboured and irregular breaths. The most observant could make out mouths filled with rows of jagged teeth all along the length of it. However, many would close and others would seem to open where there was no maw before. It was impossible to count them all.
"Guys, we're seriously $@%#'ed. That... thing is like super evil craziness. And it like... I don't know. It like ended that world over there," he said, pointing at one of the worlds the ship was currently circling. It was burnt out and had no real distinguishing features - no oceans, no forests, and no clouds.
"It's like..." he started again, however he fumbled over his words and began using analogies that didn't really make a whole lot of sense to most people.
