If you did not get this email you are not on our list at all.
Greets Club,
First off, if you do not want to be on our mailing list any more just reply and say as much, you will be removed.
Secondly, if you DO want to be here good. Reply to this and tell us what section of the club you want to be a part of (you can pick more than one). We have Magic the Gathering (this counts other card games), DnD (and as such other systems), and Warhammer (this really just means table top gaming as we do tons of others as well). Or if you like just the general email and that will be all major events we host and monthly updates. New members should also include their full name and Student Number.
Ok so with that out of the way I can get in to say HI! I am Nygil, I am not an exec in the club, I am a volunteer who used to run a large amount of the club and am just helping our guys get set up. I will likely be out to many of our events and aid in organization (hence the title Master of Events).
This year our Exec list is as follows.
Prez: Adrian Emmanuel
Lord of DnD: Brent Hughson
Bankroll: Eddie Luong
Keeper of MtG: Alex Chong
Table Top Gaming: Dan 'the man' Moore
Lord Logistics: Sebastian Chong
Party Face, Vp Social: John 'Last Name Unknown' (illios)
To contact any of them, simply email the club here, with their name in the subject line.

MtG Details
We will be working with Titles on campus to get a space in there and run FNM, however for now we are still playing in the student center, we will let you know when this changes. As for drafting and the like, we will not be running any yet, but as the year moves forward and Ravnica comes out, this may change.
DnD Details
The club is running it's own game that is open to all players, and DMs alike. It is a pathfinder game starting at level three and in a setting we have made ourselves. You are welcome to come out and meet us in the Lobby of BsB (the Burke Science Building). AS the year moves forward we will get rooms booked and the meeting place will change to that location, we will let you know where that is once we know.
We will be holding an event to help new player build a character and learn the rules on Wednesday the 19th, 6pm till 9pm meeting in BsB lobby. This event will be repeated at 2pm till 5pm on Sunday the 23rd, followed by the first day of our game. It should be clear you do not need to show up for every game, you are welcome to show up now and then.
Table Top Details
Dan has not figured out our schedule for events yet. We would like to run Warhammer 40k, and Warmachine at least monthly, but we will need to have a meeting of interested parties to figure out those details... you will hear from us on this topic.
Lastly, we will be holding other events through out the year that we will email you about as the details become known, or you check us out on Facebook or Twitter. Also feel free to contact us with ideas and requests, as we'd love to hear what you think, and if you events you'd like to see, or even run... well that's what we are here for.
Cheers,
Nygil, Events Master
