This is more a question for next years games. Ive already got a plan for my next character, some of you may know it already, and Im curious as to what is the biggest playable race I could be and still be a paladin. Google is being less than helpful on this so I was thinking you guys could point me to the one. Also, because I just got some neat swag from my last mission, what are the ways I could get something that lets me fight in the dark. I'm currently playing an ogre which has some nice penalties to charisma but is large sized. You can also go for a asimar as i think they have an archetype that lets you enlarge person once a day.

Cool stuff.
So far both my characters have been 3 feet tall and I think its time to change it up a bit.
Anyone got a tip for how I can make my current barbarian see in the dark? I can create darkness thanks to a bag of shadows and my plan was basically to drop them around me but I cant see in the dark.

Well I feel like an idiot now.
I realize why I thought I did have dark vision before, its a natural half dragon trait I forgot to write down (along with a +4 to AC)
thanks about the goggles anyway, I think ill just pick up some other enchanted gear though.

Those goggles are probably the worst thing to spend your money on lol.

Yeah, during the mission I could have sworn I had darkvision and I just could not for the life of me remember why, then I was going over a few things and I realized that it was a half dragon thing I totally blanked on, like I said though ill probably just grab some other enchanted gear that does me good.
Also Im a bit torn now, I had another idea for a PC for next years game, a charismatic devil (demon, whatever they are called in this) that collects the souls of other PCs and NPCs as the situation comes up (basically he will do X if you just sign on the dotted line kind of thing), and I need to decide if I go with that or the paladin first term cause both seem really fun.

That would be a devil in DnD lore. Devils are Lawful evil and Demons are Chaotic Evil eat all of civilization kinda types.

Awesome, the idea as him would be to collect as many PC souls as I could, hence the charisma.

Well Ive decided to fill all available slots with AC increases.
I am way too easy to hit as it stands.

Dude, barbarian buying AC? what is this craziness, my character throws away 7 ac when he attacks There is a reason barbarians have d12 hit dice.

I can reliably smack stuff, and for pretty good damage when I full attack so my main concern is how easily everything hits me.
Tanks need to be able to avoid damage from things that can reliably do more than 100 damage per hit after all.

its bullrush, im small sized, you cant bullrush something more than one size category bigger than you, its kind of why I never bothered with greater bull rush though I did consider it.
