Full Power Leap(Can not jump less than full distance -8), illiterate (uncommon, minor, -1), tech illiterate (uncommon, minor, 1 point).
That buys back 10 points.... but the rest do not seem to fit so well. Unless you'd like to pick a weakness... something your healing does not work against.... could be pretty rare like silver(-1). make it a Vulnerability as well raising the DC's against it by 100% for -3 more.... and making it a weakness so you lose cumulative –1 penalty to all checks, attack rolls, and Defense, or a –1 cumulative drain on an ability score for every 20min you are in range of it. for another -2.

Okaley dokaley.. As of last session, Cell and the Spark departed to Cell's lab, as he thought he had figured out a way to repair the nervous system damage Tesla took when he was struck by lightning on that fateful night. The spark powered down into human form, and underwent some routine tests. It turns out he could feel his legs, the electrical impulse was simply fizzing before it made it to the muscles. So, the Cell injected some of his plasma, using them as a type of nano machine. The experiment worked. Too well, though, as the full potential of the Spark was unleashed throughout his body. Ravaged once again, Tesla now has control of his body at the cost of his electrical control. Gone are the days of blasting electricity. Now, Tesla struggles with his newfound power to manipulate magnetic fields with the use of his electromagnet sword, a power which can barely contain him in a coherent form. stay tuned for a stat block + more exposition.

With the 10 equipment points from last session, Tesla manages to acquire a fine sword and plate armor. He then grabs some copper wiring from Control's work station, and wraps it around the sword. Voila, electromagnet. Adding some quick release buckles to his armor takes a couple minutes, and his transformation is complete. The Spark has become Mag Knight.

Oh, point of note for everyone.
I spent my points on upgrading the headquarters.
We now own the entire city block, complete with a Hangar and Dock. The location now has ALL of the features besides concealed.
I also boosted it's toughness by 10.

that'll go great with our new military helicopter and speedboat

Military helicopter? Interesting. The X-men had the Blackbird, the Fantastic Four had their Flying Car, we have......the Mega-Chopper? Do we even have a team name yet?
Are we sure that the base is 'isolated'? Because that's not just '10 miles out of town', that's 'in the middle of Antarctica' or 'on the bottom of the sea', maybe even 'on the moon'. What's the base look like, anyways? I guess it's on the seaside or on an island because we have a dock....is it a tower? A pyramid? A squat, broad building? Throw me some bones here.

We started off with a warehouse in the middle of a metropolis and have JUST acquired the surrounding property, so we don't know much. I do know that we now have a hangar and a dock.

Sorry this took a while thank you nygil! love ya honestly I think I will get a lower level damage version of that gun and slowly power if up over time (I'm still triple checking my values for PP I am NOT screwing this up! so I might have more or I might have less) also that was a lot cheaper then I expected! So thanks, after some further reading I found other ways to pump up damage and after MORE reading I discovered some things about sniper rifles that make them VERY VERY dangerous (they have a high crit range which is the only ranged weapon with one I encountered) Also I as a player am terrified of this character... the things kinda came together and wow.. terrifying there is a invisble person who can track you at several kilometers through solid substances AND STILL MAKE THE SHOT!! anyways thanks again goodnight folks!

If I ever finish writing this guy using ESP instead of insubstantial, he has two damage options. dc 25 will save against regular damage, covers a suitably large area, at least 100 feet radius, might boost it to 500, hits everyone(non selective, includes self) and requires extra effort to use. Along with an easier to resist but only hitting who he picks version when fighting is still required but not "that required".
Other powers are of the no reason to suspect I was even here variety.

Mistake on my sheet due to faulty math: leaping should be six ranks (effectively doubling the distances)
Edit: it's not worth another post but one of my friends is interested in coming down for one session, I was wondering if you would accomadate him as either hero out villain nygil?

I don't think our base is 'isolated' if it's in the middle of Prime City. Might as well put that equipment point towards another +5 toughness on the base.
And another thing...sonar. Loudmouth's hearing is accurate (can pinpoint something, even in battle, necessary for sonar), acute (which is normal for human hearing) and analytical (which is like acute, except it gets you crazy amounts of detail). That last one means that he gets the exact dimensions, density, distance, material, relative speed and shape of anything detected by sonar. His hearing also has a range increment of 1000ft (sound travels through air at 1126ft/s). This brings 3 things to mind: first, the sonar becomes less useful as his speed approaches the speed of sound; not sure if worth a flaw or drawback. Second, from what my research on human echolocation tells me, just tapping ones foot foot or making a clicking noise is enough for the sonar to work in a 10 foot radius (the normal range increment for humans) so I presume that the same kind of noise will cover his 1000ft increment and that louder noises will be necessary for further ranges (again, not sure if worth Noticeable flaw). And third, do I get better range underwater or with my ear on the ground? I'd just love to replicate that one scene from First Class....

isolated is the one thing the base is not.
i'd love to have a one shoot hero join us.. easy story is the hero is from out of town... country, or off planet.
Having just watched first class... yes.. .yes i'd be pleased with that mark.

We've got the team to get it done, I've got the sonar, we've got the telepath to transmit sensory input and we've got magnetic powers with Tesla (Though according to Ultimate Power and the Carrying Capacity Charts in the Core Rulebook, Tesla would need 16 ranks total in Magnetism to move a nuclear sub as push/drag, 17 ranks to move it as a maximum load, 18 ranks to move it as a heavy load, 19 to move it as a medium load or 20 ranks to move it as a light load. Using the power as a full round action would bring all that down one rank, and so would use of extra effort...but in the end, that submarine is going to move really slowly)

I'd say erik was using extra effort and a full round when he moved the thing.... with help from the telepath.
