I went with Halfling longbowman to defy other stereotypes.
As an aside, it would be a nice thing aesthetically if every member of the party was of a different race.

Looking to confirm whether or not Orc and Half-Elf are valid races. Half-Elf probably are because Scar Enforcer was on the classes list but Orcs could go either way.
Also I have around 100 more pounds of silver (500 gp but if I can't come up with anything I'm putting 100lb of silver on my char sheet) to spend.
Gear so far: Densewood Longstaff(Complete Adventurer)/fishing rod, more fishing stuff, more weapons; mostly to pretend to disarm myself, masterwork light armour, mundane medium armour, clothes, maps, some barrels and bags, a wagon and two heavy horses.
Decided not to get a cheap boat for now because I don't have a place to put it if we tend not to stay in one place.
Build is Half-Orc Rogue/something with survival(wilderness rogue gives up gather information)/Justiciar feats are something dodge/mobility/combat expertise related
EDIT: knew I forgot something, are we sitting around for a week if damage gets out of hand or do we have better healing from some source.

well potions are available for 3x the price, but they can still provide some magical healing.
Are you going to be a melee or ranged rouge? If your melee than flanking shouldn't be a problem for either of us. In terms of skills I'll be going heavy on the various physical skills as well as those useful in a city (gather information, knowledge local, ect.).

Do we have two rogues?
If so, I'll pick up Distracting Shot, which will allow me to flank with arrows but make my mount slightly weaker.

That would definitely be helpful. I'll pick up a few skill tricks that allow single sneak attacks but their one use per encounter so they'll only go so far.
As for Apples character, I'm still not quite sure what he's planning on playing...

looking at Rogue x/twf Ranger 2+/Justiciar y
With more of the above, Menacing Brute or Dread Commando if we get that far.
longstaff makes you immune to flanking with combat expertise feats are planning to get elusive target at level 9, quickstaff whenever
If I feel like complicating it, monk or fighter could get these feat chains out of the way quicker.Passive way monk is in there somewhere now so I don't have to bother with 13 int.
My schtick if forced to fight is dealing with high damage dealers/performing non-lethal combat.
Pre-edit, just re-read Dread Commando's requirements, ncould take a level of it before Justiciar.

Do we have small human cities, 500-2000 people, with close to 100% human population? current background has Krull growing up in such a place.
***don't need names just verification that at least one such thing exists in a fairly flat area.**

oh yes, 90% of human cities call in to that category. very little race mixing other than in boarder lands, and a few halfling caravans but they only stay in one place for a few weeks.

To avoid stepping on each others feet, here are the skills I plan to have Krull focus on: Bluff Gather Information + Skill focus (Justiciar Requirement) Intimidate Search Survival
Medium ranks in: Sense Motive Spot Use rope
And low(1-5) Ranks in: Balance Climb Diplomacy Disable Device-don't count on it for traps but I can sometimes get your cart to fall apart Escape Artist Handle Animal(1, you need it to make a wagon move at all) Heal Jump Listen Move Silently Profession fisherman
Nothing in open lock, that's what acid is for.
Won't be picking up more than 3d6-4d6 sneak attack/nonlethal strike by level 20 but crippling strike(-1 cumulative strength) only works when Sneak Attack would so I don't care either way.

Oh. Mabye I can help you trim that list.
Absolute Minimum Skills I'll be taking:
Listen (3) Spot (5) Ride (9) Survival (5) Climb (10) Handle Animal (8) + Skill Focus
Hawkeye is also exceedingly likely to max out spot, as well as have some ranks in hide, move silently, and heal.

Hawkeye is also exceedingly likely to max out spot, as well as have some ranks in hide, move silently, and heal. Only in a low magic campaign.....

(Is a Ranger. All of those skills are thematically important to me. What do you mean?)

I guess....but in most other campaigns, Heal is used as 'Forensics' more than anything else.

Hawkeye is not a trained doctor, but has picked up at least a little medical skill. It doesn't make sense to max out heal.
