ok so this is rough, and i will add to it after tuesday when my midterms for the week are done, but everyone gets 4k for the last mission and full exp. Colin instead of gold you get the ability to spontaneously cast 1 ranger spell of any level you can cast each day, and also have a 2nd personality. but i dont think colin is there today so i have time to make sure its fair before wednesday.

Rewards for Feb 29 (and its not even sunday yet ) Flask of Liquid(covered): Serves as a window into another plane. If you gaze into the water you see the face of a powerful demon who will try to convince you to serve him and his allies (if there is a way you can further the demon cause make a will save dc 15 or be subject to a suggestion to do just that as determined by your dm). If protected from mind affecting abilities you can use it to see glimpses through the vial of magical water this was made from. Anyone who speaks abyssal can hear whispers coming from the flask (dc 15 listen check). Demons will likely try to steal this if they hear it. Anyone who looks at the flask with a detect magic or similar effect active must make a dc20 fortitude save or be blinded by the powerful aura it gives off for 1d10 rounds. Infernal Core shard: This is a very hot green glowing piece of rock from the core of an infernal, which radiates an aura of heat and light in a 20 foot radius (plus 20 shadowy illumination). temperature levels are raised by 1 category within this area. In addition everyone who can see it (including enemies) in the area get a +1 bonus to saves against spells and spell like abilities. please say who has what, Lyle has first priority on the flask if he wants it because he was holding it last. (it's more of a flavor item anyway) 6500g each, 400 exp. Also since Wednesday wasn't a real day, everyone in my game (and Colin's if it inst an issue) can, once every 4 years, choose to automatically succeed any one check to recognize an illusion.

I think it would be best to keep the illusion ability restricted to the people in your game, just because it doesn't make much sense plotwise for the people in my game to get it and I already gave them some decent stuff.

tbh Colin we saw so much crazy stuff in your game that the ability to discern illusion from reality once every 4 years actually does make some sense XD

Loot from the march 4th mission: 600 exp Items: Pit lord: +1 unholy two-bladed sword of acid and frost (40000g) fel guard: 2 masterwork halberd (240g each) Elites: 2 +1 unholy halberd (14400g each) you get 8000g each which can be spent on any of the above if you like. (the 8000 is from selling the items and ship tax)
Artifacts: 1 fel crystal: While in the possession of a good aligned creature, or cleric that channels positive energy, it causes 2 negative levels that cannot be healed. All natural attacks made by it's possessor deal an additional 1d6 fel damage that bypasses all DR. 3 Times a day this effect can be extended to any held weapon for 1 round as a swift action. (you may have to fight over it)
Other: 1) The combination of you time in the nether and the chaotic storm of arcane energy that was present has given you some ability to resist the effects of other planes. Once per week you can gain the effects of the spell "Avoid planar effects" as an immediate action (targets only yourself), with caster level equal to your hit dice. this is an extraordinary ability.
2) you have traveled through the twisting nether and seen worlds not normally accessible. you receive a +2 insight bonus to knowledge the planes checks with a dc higher than 20 (comes from seeing things that wouldn't fall within the 10-20 range), and checks that would receive this bonus can be made untrained.
3) Having fought and defeated one of the more fearsome types of demons despite what should have been poor odds, you gain favored enemy demon.
Colin: fel immunity: by consuming the flesh of a powerful demon and giving no shits about the fel damage, you have gained a complete immunity to it (only relevant against Warcraft based demons)

I kind of want the crystal. Partly because I don't think Scott should have access to yet another evil artifact and partly because I like the idea of adding even more d6s to my damage
