I intend to have people roll to understand me so a druid/ranger/high <mental stat that I haven't decided> would improve convenience. Telepathy requires willingness to enter it.

My (Current Character) Dwarf is mute. [I'm willing to play just about anything to fill a hole in roles.]
We could have an entire party full of characters that don't speak common.
It'll be awesome.

Spent a bit more time searching for a viable fighting style for a marshal and I think I'm on to something.
My problem was that the marshal lacks full bab, and I couldn't afford any addition class dips to shore up his combat abilities. I then realized that I already had the basic groundwork for an intimidate build. If the following is acceptable than I think I'll be able to pull my own weight in combat next year.
Imperious Command: Feat, Drow of the Underdark
Never Outnumbered: Skill Trick, Complete Scoundrel
Fearsome: Armour Enhancement, Drow of the Underdark
Let me know what you guys think.

Imperious Command is definately the critical feat there.
I don't have a problem with it. (See Below)
You will find past a certain level lots of things start being immune to fear/mind-effecting effects though, so I'd work out at least one other thing to do in combat if that happens.

Ya, its especially important since a lot of stuff thats immune to fear effects is also immune to the big crits I'll be trying to pull off. Any suggestions?

Not sure exactly what you're going for with the character. Is it Pure Marshal?

Paladin 3/Pious Templar 1/ Marshal rest. I dont want to take anymore levels away from Marshal so my options are kind of limited.

I might be misreading that. You take pious templar after some marshal levels, right?
With Paladin+Pious+Marshal, you can be a very potent tank if nothing else. Three or four feats designed to bolster defense and then just get in people's faces.
For example, Protection Devotion(CC) + major AC aura can lead to you providing a (By the end of the club game) a + 6-7 Stacking AC bonus to all your allies.
Throw in Divine Shield + Shield Ward and you're going to have a shield that gives double digit bonuses to your AC. (This requires a 4th level in paladin, which you might need for pious templar qualification anyways.)
There is also a Paladin ACF that lets you trade your CHA->Saves for CHA -> AC.
If you combine those and use Force of Personality (Cha Replaces Wis for Will Saves) and your Minor Marshal auras to buff your poor saves, you can be a walking beeftruck with ... 30-40ish AC, high HP, and fantastic saves.
Costs: Varying Amounts of Feats, which you may need badly for the Intimidate line

Unfortunately I really only have 2 free feat slots so I have to pick and choose. From the ones you suggested I figured Protection Devotion and Divine Shield would be the most useful, though I really wish i could take force of personality as well. Thanks for the help.
Edit: Just noticed Holy Warrior ACF. Yay bonus feat!

Oh.....you're playing good aligned again?
Dangit, my bard is going to have to make a LOT of Bluff checks. I have no regrets choosing Undetectable Alignment as a first level spell.....

Yep, definitely good, though I'm still not sure whether to make him chaotic or lawful yet. Don't worry too much about bluffs, this guys sense motive will be balls.

I'll still have dialogues on the nature of good and evil on hand in case something goes wrong with the dice.

Best not try them on the Hellbred Paladin. He won't be as reasonable as old Shines was.

No, see, I'm going to be doing it to a tune and rhyming scheme. What's his will saves going to be like?

godly. Like I said, stick with the straight bluff, his sense motive will be in the negatives.
