Aye I am posting these out of boredom and yes they are not intended for player use at all. I MAY make a case for one or two of the races I have been creating, however all things considered there is more than enough stuff available out of the SRD already so I'm on the fence about that. More than anything its just become a small hobby of mine to make or tweak things. Speaking of bored tweaking... BETTER GNOLLS "because the example in the book is lacking" RP 12, Standard SummaryMedium Size +2str, +2con Natural Attack: Bite (1d4) Natural Armor +1 Sprinter +2 to Perception Low-Light Vision Darkvision 60 Language: Gnoll Point BreakdownHumanoid (Gnoll) 0rp Medium Size 0rp Flexible (+2str, +2con) 2rp Xenophobic (Language: Gnoll) 0rp Natural Armor 2rp Sprinter [+10movement on charges, run, withdraw actions] 1rp Bite II [natural attack, 1d4] 2rp Low-Light Vision 1rp Darkvision 60 2rp Skill Bonus "Perception" 2rp [May swap out for stalker] Isn't that way better to work with?

I don't actually remember base Gnolls offhand but that looks pretty snazy.

I think I may have finally done it... EarthkinRP 16, Advanced [but far less so than Fetchling] Summary+2str, -4dex, +2con, +2wis, -4cha Large Size, with 10ft reach Natural Armor +3 +2 AC vs Rays, 1/day Deflect Ray Darkvision 60 Languages: Common, Terran Point BreakdownOutsider (Native, ties to Earth) 3rp Large Size (+2str, -2dex) 7rp Mixed Weakness (-2dex, +2con, +2wis, -4cha) -2rp Standard (Language: Terran, Common) 0rp Natural Armor 2rp Improved Natural Armor (+2) 3rp Crystalline Form 2rp Reach 1rp EDIT: Increased Natural Armor by 1 to compensate for the fact that they were easier to hurt than most medium sized creatures despite being made of rock

Half-Ogre *Slightly too powerful edition* Image: paizo.com/image/content/CrimsonThrone/PZO9007-OgreGypsy.jpgRP 16, Advanced Summary+6str, -2dex, -2int, -2wis, -2cha Large Size, with 10ft reach +2 Will Natural Armor +2 Low-Light Vision Darkvision 60 Languages: Common, Giant Point BreakdownHumanoid (Human, Giant) 0rp Large Size (+2str, -2dex) 7rp Mixed Weakness (+4str, -2int, -2wis, -2cha) 1rp Standard (Language: Giant, Common) 0rp Dual Minded 1rp Natural Armor 2rp Improved Natural Armor 1rp Reach 1rp Low-Light Vision 1rp Darkvision 60ft. 2rp Been toying with the idea of making good, but balanced large size races for awhile. Needless to say it ain't easy however I feel like I'm almost there, for now though I am just going to post this version as I feel it best represents my original vision despite being just a bit too powerful for my liking [It completely tramples the Orc in every regard except for ferocity].

Just so you know, you guys suck. There is a whole book packed with awesome well built races full of flavour and playable details, and before even using/trying them you have to make your own. Come onnnnnn.... am I the only one who does not want 'homebrew' PC races?

Come onnnnnn.... am I the only one who does not want 'homebrew' PC races? Homebrew PC races are the worst. The. Worst. You get less creative characters out of it. I've said it before and I'll say it again: when there are a ton of options, you end up getting Star Wars Episode I-III. Limitations create Episode IV-VI. Edit: Not to rain on anyone's parade. I'm assuming you folks are making these races because it's fun. I can dig that.

Man, I personally love the new races, especially the variants of Aasimar

Aye the new races are awesome [and yes I have seen them in action]. These are very much recreational creations, that and I love a good challenge of designing comparatively balanced large sized races and such. I have made a balanced large-sized Half-Troll race (11rp) using a custom ability for regeneration based off of fast healing 1, however I want to take a bit more time looking at it before posting it.
Also I would like to take a quick moment to bring to light a small issue with the new races
Svirfneblin>God Tier>Strix=Merfolk>Aasimar=Fetchling>Every other race
Edit: Oh and since I didn't formally say so in the post I'll say it here, I've got no intention [or desire in most cases] of seeing these be available for PC use in ANY campaign; more than anything I make them for myself to make custom mobs based off of them.

I don't want to let players have custom races either, well maybe except for a troll for Colin to use. I do think that we should let them be all the races in the ARG except for Svifneblin, Strix and Merfolk though. I don't like those three, they had a bit of a brain fart with those guys.
