Claws (1d4) (2 RP) Amphibious (2 RP) Swim 20 feet (2 RP) 30 foot swim speed, +8 racial bonus on swim checks. Very Omnivorous (1 RP) +2 racial bonus on saving throws vs disease, ingested poisons, and becoming nauseated or sickened. Toxic Saliva (1 RP): A number of times per day equal to its Constitution modifier (minimum 1/day), a decapodian can envenom a weapon that it wields with its toxic saliva. Applying venom in this way is a swift action. Paralytic Venom: Injury; save Fort DC 10 + the 1/2 user’s Hit Dice + the user’s Constitution modifier; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Dex; cure 1 save.

There is something very wrong with giving Zoidberg an int bonus... Not really. He is shown several times to be a rather gifted surgeon who just happens to know worse than nothing about human anatomy. Of course, given that Heal in D&D is based entirely around Wisdom, you can be a gifted surgeon with 6 Intelligence. The best fictional example of such a character I can think of would probably be The Todd from Scrubs. Also, for a race of stereotypical "Space Jews", intelligence seemed like the appropriate mental ability score to which to give a bonus. See also: futurama.wikia.com/wiki/Decapodian
