+3 Matilda for forming the Crystal Embassy, plus everyone is now homeless, hungry or hurt and that makes her the most important person in town in many ways. -2 Alistair for the minions spent, and hand tipped and the enemies made.

Up to date.
Alistair makes his play for the empty seat on the council, hoping to salvage some of the damage done to his organization over the past few days. The chaos of the city rising is the perfect cover for a bold - and binding - political move.
"The only way to claim a seat on the council is to sit upon it."
Alistair approaches the council hall in the inner city, flanked by several more imposing figures, draped in an unnatural darkness, but as he approaches the seat he is met by a coalition of other council members. Tom Wulfe stands front and center, staff in one hand, sword in the other. He makes no move against Alistair, but the message is clear. Behind him Matilda sits demurely on her own chair, nothing but her presence hinting at her involvement in the process. Littlevoice and Strangeweather are also present. The first offers few words, her slight elf frame obscured in the back of the guild hall, but the presence of a 500 pound grizzly makes a statement no words could manage.
Strangeweather stands off and away from the seat, and a glow lights his eyes as he glances towards it. It may be he had come to claim the chair for himself, but he makes no move to do so. Rain falls on him even inside, and he pulls his wide brimmed hat down, and the collar of his jacket up against the deluge. This action effectively shields his expression, but he remains in the council chamber, leaning nonchalantly against the frame of the hall's grand doors.
Alistair turns on his heals, every bit the composed lawyer having discovered an unfavorable ruling, and as he exits the hall he passes Amitiel, gliding along the corridor, heading for his seat. His. He hisses softly as she passes, but catches himself and maintains his composure until safely out of the building.
Amitiel smiles proudly, but not grandly, and takes a seat on the council.

+1 to Tom Wulfe for lending us his ship, thereby allowing us to prevent the extinction of the dwarven race.

As soon as Gaeis hears of Amitiel's claim to the twelfth seat, he requests an audience with her. Assuming this audience is granted, he then asks her if she would help him by joining or co-leading the Order of the Inner Chamber. He explains to her that this organization's purpose is to prevent anyone from interfering with the golem, possibly killing the thousands of people currently living on it and to eventually gather enough people to be able to control the golem through the Key.
He goes on to say that he is specifically asking for her help for the matters of protecting the Inner City itself, to aid in binding new members to oaths to ensure their cooperation within the organization and to provide their infinitely wise minds when the time comes to connect all of their minds to this age-old golem.
Regardless of whether or not she agrees to this, +1 Amitiel

Amitiel responds that sadly she is bound not to enter in to any groups or organizations, however she would be glad to aid you in anyway she can with out being a member. She can also spare a Harbinger Archon to over see the matter and act as liaison between this new group and the Crystal Embassy. She also agrees to act as arbitrator and judge for them if such is ever needed. Lastly she allows the members of this newly formed 'Order of the Inner Chamber' a room within the Embassy itself to meet. Oddly enough a few hours later a Lawful Neutral halfling lawyer from the Brass Embassy arrives to meet with Gaeis. He says that the Brass Embassy offers it's support behind this project and while they note your racism towards it's member base they would still like to help, stating that they live here as well and do not profit from death.

I accept the offer of help from the Brass Embassy but request nothing from either embassy for the time being. At a later, more convenient time, I will consult the Crystal Embassy about receiving aid from the Brass Embassy and ask the Brass Embassy what they can do to help.
oh and typo, it's supposed to be called the Order of the Inner City
