Exterminations of the library was a mixed success, on one hand you failed to fix the fountain and get free tickets to the burlesque show, on the other you got paid, you got a pat on the head from the guild and you got the book of steve! (currently labeled 'Instant Hentai just add Hot Water")
Also two individuals Shade and Thumper joined the guild as junior recruits!

Sorry for forgetting to update. After completing the gut of the basements upon request and successfully NOT getting possessed or your soul eaten the cat you rescued gave you a fetish of calling for it. It allows you to once summon a Agathion, Silvanshee {http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/agathion/agathion-silvanshee} spell casters may also use the fetish a per a one charge wand of summon monster 3 but only for 'good' entities. and "" charles ""mutter's darkly about 'making an example of...'
The next day the corpses of the devils you killed were hung up for all to see outside of the brass embassy...

So after an attempted assassination of the head of the Exterminators guild "Charles' or Ishaveal... or whatever he calls himself I will refer to you by class.
Anti-Paladin -> you decide... keep the character, go good? let your armour become a hellknight? seppuku? you decide
Synthesist -> you gain 1 additional spell know, or a higher rank in the exterminators guild with the benefits that incurs.
Wizard. "so I really need to talk to you," he starts off dropping a folder on the chair in front of the couch... "This is your Dossia frankly I'm surprised you are still standing." * " you know I would hire you right here based on luck if you weren't currently in a deal with the adventurer's guild, they don't appreciate us headhunting them" * "I should really just kill you... your dangerous and a necromancer..." He tosses you a pair of anklets.... (foot slot) 2 uses a day SWIFT action, 10 foot Teleport does NOT provoke an attack of opportunity He explains "you can keep your medallion of thoughts or take these if and only if you don't prepare any necromantic spells (next mission is just a trial if you choose) "If you take my challenge I will teach you more, in the art of teleportation...:

couple quick questions before i decide anything, Can he keep the medallion and still learn the teleport thing if he accepts the challenge (in other words do i need the anklets to learn the teleport thing, or can i find someway to accept the challenge and still learn the teleport), can i use the betrayal of the sythesist and the kindness of the thing i was trying to kill as an alignment change excuse (if so i will be doing a poll because that should be fun, with what he did on his way home for each potential selection), and can Krolnite say one thing before leaving after that (the leaving is unless Charles has more questions following that, i thought of exactly what my character would do, a sort of repayment for sparing his life) once these are answered krolnite will make his response, including to the subtle job offer.

I will be having my armor take on the properties of Graveknight armor as an unexpected side effect after effect of Captain Pathfinder's atonement. The character himself, no longer crazy, will ascend to being a paladin and retire; however the armor itself lives on, infused with his old evil self it comes to life [or unlife?], and claims to be Captain Pathfinder. In truth the armor is a new Captain Pathfinder consisting of all the darkness and evil previously held by the original prior to his atonement, and it has secretly taken the place of the original Captain Pathfinder in the guild.
- - - Short Story Bit - - - After the events of that mission, Captain Pathfinder sees clearly for the first time in years. Realizing that he is not a champion of justice but a sadistic murderer he undergoes atonement, and retires himself as Captain Pathfinder to become something else entirely. Shortly thereafter he and his possessions disappear from the guild with no explanation; he heads to the mountains without telling a soul, seeking to live a life solitude not as an anti paladin, but as a paladin and a champion of justice once more.
A week after Captain Pathfinder's disappearance, a familiar looking individual arrives in the guild bearing his armor. When questioned as to his identity he simply answers in a familiar dark and gritty tone "I am Captain Pathfinder". - - -
Tldr: Original Captain Pathfinder atones and in doing so separates himself from everything that reminded himself of his time as an insane Antipaladin. The armor itself absorbs this expelled evil essence, becoming Graveknight armor and reforms itself as a new being who claims to be Captain Pathfinder.
Tldr, Tldr: Captain atones, retires, departs. Armor inherits evil and becomes Graveknight armor, taking the original host's place in the guild.

Yes Jamesrd do what you want, but you need the anklets to get you started also (hint hint, it is the item you need to stop your character from getting the crap kicked out of you...) and if you decide instead to pick up some teleportation spells (don't know what kind there are before 'teleport' you can us that for substitution... Also you don't need to alignment shift whatsoever (the exterminators guild is not 'good') just stop obviously wanting to murder babies oh and no craft wonderous items sorry we banned for that a reason.

Drat, i guess you saw what i was planning, take the deal and then make another medallion of thoughts (just need 6k, craft wondrous object and detect thoughts spell), no wondrous object though, i asked because i know you guys banned some stuff i just didnt know if that was on the list. Yeah given the noob status a random alignment shift would be bad, i need to keep his character straight in my head, changing him now would be kind of bad for me, i may do that later or for another character but angry though he may be he will stay as he is. Maybe you can rule on this though, i asked Dane about the medallion of thoughts (on the forums) and he hasnt responded yet, since he hinted there was more to it and i never got around to studying it in mission, so if i studied it between last week and last nights mission would i find anything about the medallion of thoughts, i just want all the info that krolnite would know before making his choice, and i think you will like what he ends with, it may change a few things.

I could always have tricked them, some random npc on the streets or offer them a touch of gold to be a part in an experiment, he isnt exactly concerned with their safety so long as he gets what he wants, which in this case is knowing more about the medallion, i want to deal with this thing with Charles without having to seek him out later, assuming you guys allow it to take place in this order of course (being i tested it last week and he is making his choice on the spot in regards to charles, if not i will account for that of course), for that so during the course of that week i find some homeless guy and offer them some gold to be a part in an experiment, enough to buy some basic rations for a while upon completion of the test (not that ill let him live once im done but he wont know that) hobos dont strike me as being particularly hard to kill (and no DM he was a high level X trickery on this, just a low level human hobo, hasnt eaten in a while) is that acceptable again sorry for being so annoying about this i just have an idea of how i want things to go at that meeting with charles and knowing about the medallion affects an aspect of that, but what i end with could actually change Charles to a degree as well.

Wow it is nowhere near as good as I thought, I think you did that on purpose. anyway the experimental subject was killed and disposed of in a way that no one will find the body with any way to link it to me whatsoever, assuming anyone finds it. Right I will answer this in stages as the conversation goes Given that Krolnite knows the medallion is unreliable he agrees to trade it for the anklets and takes the challenge set before him, on the next quest he will not prepare any necromantic spells (if it isnt you I will have the DM mention that to confirm in their quest break down). so he would say "An interesting challenge, and a very useful spell" he considers it making sure not to think about how useless the medallion is since thought projection lest Charles find out about it and take the offer back "All right I accept your challenge, the next guest the adventurers guild sends me on I will not prepare any necromancer spells, a touch disappointing i must admit as I will finally be able to raise the dead but I can manage for one quest im sure" To the job hire offer he says "Well you could just tell them the truth, I sought you out, no head hunting involved, no lying just not telling the entire story, what would be required of me should i take up that offer" once that is answered I have a condition you can think about for him that could be rather fun if he agrees but really depends on if a certain someone is aligned with the exterminators guild and an offer of loyalty afterwords, which fits with how i recently realized that as neutral evil i should have an overarching goal that i will do anything to achieve, and no this is not the thing i wanted to end with i mentioned before Also between this interaction and the next quest I will buy 2 lesser tattoos (i doubt this but are they trade able as the normal equipment is) which makes sense given how that was an issue for him in the last quest.

Tradable no, but instead of getting craft wondrous items you could probably convince a DM to let you get craft tattoo (it just means you get tattoo's at half price since they craft much faster then most things) I just realized they're probably not in the guild, and I'm gonna have the party go fight a voodoo witchdoctor to get them (I will wait 2 weeks so you can participate unfettered I'm nice that way) He accepts your tentative offer, "but be forewarned, if you fuck me I will find you, I will kill you, and I will feast upon that magnificent, if twisted mind, now good-day" "We will speak more in the future"
