Don, Jeremie has a pet 'evil' raven. It is an Imp spying on the guild. It tries really hard to just seem like a raven, though it talks sometimes, but ever little. If in danger it will use suggestion to befriend who ever is a danger to it. If that fails he will teleport.

In the ruins of the neutral city sits a LE dwarf fort using undead minions, it is ruled by a soulless 'king', he has 200 clerics, 1000 soldiers, and 3500 other people at his command, they are raiding the ruins for all they are worth.
Also the elves are just claiming the land as their own and inviting refugees to get free aid... if they swear to the regent.
The crater is now known as the Pit, and it is a mix of a massive door to underdark, and a pool of alchemy run off.
The ghosts of the city wake at night, in the tens of thousands and unknown to all, the Neutral King's Ghost still rules them.
Hill Giants are raiding the ruins as well.
Lastly there is a camp run by Miss Carebetter for any who need care and food.

Below is my adventure for tomorrow SpoilersThe party are sent to Miss Carebetter in her camp, now called New Hope. It looks like things are really getting in order, larger buildings are hasty put up, and with a few casters helping out they have walls, and the Hell knights have brought order. They seem to be making a fair deal of wealth from scavenging, and then trade that wealth for food and water as well as what ever they need. The ghosts still press the walls at night, and there is worry about the dwarves across the pit. Giants still roam the ruins as well, and the lands south are held by the elves but they seem more an ally than anything at this point. The trouble is, Matilda can now raise the dead, but she needs them brought to her before she can... and then they too need to be fed and clothed. She needs more space, but if they expand then they will face the ghosts... and they are already making it hard to find the dead. To this end they have been seeking a way to stop the ghosts, and help the people.... also free those poor souls enslaved in zombie form by the dwarf clerics. Matilda has a plan though. She needs some folks to travel to the kings resting place. He is dead, and there have been sightings of his ghost. She hopes that as ghost king he may have some power over his people still and could be a very powerful and needed friend in these times. The heroes must cross the ruins and find the Tomb of Heroes, a place where the city's honoured dead have long been lain to rest. There they must find the king and plead their case... PLAN: Have some traps (land falls, pit traps and the like) as they cross the rubble. Have them find the tomb of heroes and have to get through its heavy locked gates. Inside they are faced by the ghost of El Grag-Tok the half orc lucha who inspired El Morain and was Militia’s best friend. He is guard of the tomb and they must beat him with honor to pass. When he loses he may give his champ belt to his foe, or if they attack as a group who ever showed the most honor. The King will speak to them but is not sure of himself. He may be up for ordering the ghosts around, but when he tries they are attacked by a Soul Eater who does not want his feast to end. sites.google.com/site/pathfinderogc/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/soul-eater

Nygil everyone is convinced that the leader of the exterminators guild is good because your paladin matilida beat the good into him. Like they just jumped to that conclusion.
So how do you want to roll with that?
Also that raven stays away from the exterminator guild ultrilid because he's had QUITE ENOUGH WITH DEMONIC SPYING THANK YOU VERY MUCH... and telepathy 100 feet...

I am planning to return Kimzhan to focus soon; he's got some minions to do his bidding now and he's finally got a quest!
I'm introducing an artifact the next time that I DM; it's something that I put together myself some time ago. It's called The Book That Never Was. Naturally, it's an old, dusty tome. I'll provide real details about it later, but in essence, the tome is a magical encyclopaedia of everything that isn't; it makes reference only to things that don't exist, and it's theorized that it contains an entry for _everything_ that isn't. Some also say that, someplace near the end of the book, there's a single blank page...
PCs eat this thing up. I want some rumours to start spreading about it, and Kimzhan is secretly hunting for more information about it. It's got fuck-off locks and magical protection around it (I mean, it's a time-altering, reality-shaping artifact), so nobody's going to spot it anytime soon. I just want it to be an occasionally-occuring mention. If anybody wants to know a little more about it then they can talk to me; it's actually more thematic that way, if I never actually write down what it does -- keeps the hearsay more interesting.
If this works well, people will be actually theorizing about this thing in character (or out) on their spare time. I don't know why PCs love it so much, but they do. What do you guys think?
