I shall be running bogart style goblins if/when I DM. That or Brass Embassy stuff, but goblins lookkkk soooo funnnn...... I shall be avoiding alchemy and advanced tech for them, more the wild crazies, but who knows.
I am thinking of declaring a nation of gnomes, but a micro-nation, where it is a large city state in the south dwarf lands that all other gnome cities answer to even if they are not touching boarders, so we can have a gnome king, and his daughter can be kidnapped by goblins.

Ok for Wensday i have a class running on the mountain until 5 and it isn't unheard of for this class to run late. IF it arrive late say 6:30-7:00 then dont bitch me out for it. If the class runes to late and i cant get down there easily than i may have to miss tomorrow.

It's great that you're starting to post concept art for the game.
As a note, try to keep that to a minimum to let players' imaginations run with the ideas. When you start to "fill in the blanks", sometimes it blows up in your face.
Not to mention, if you're trying to run a horror adventure, the player's own imagination is your best tool to use.
But on a bigger note, please try to give proper credit to the people you're taking art from. If you just take it from google, take the extra minute to see if you can find the artist's name/tumblr/page/twitter/whatever.

I plan on making a halfling village in the heart of Treem, they will support the locals, but not as far as to bear arms. They are a happy folk in the village of Kinsbaile Village of Kinsbaile NG Really with 3000 people it is a 'large town'. Corruption: 0 Lore: +1 Law: +3 Crime: -5 Economy: +2 Society: +6 Government: Autocracy Qualities Insular, Pious, Prosperous, Racially Intolerant (Goblin), Superstitious Kinsbaile is known first and foremost for it's wool. They raise the strange goat breed, Springjacks, and while they are used for milk and mutton, the main propose of these creatures is their top of the line wool, used all across the human lands to make fine garments and military Banners. The people are very close knit, yet friendly and open to most outsiders, though their human neighbors more than most. The village itself is built to be comfortable and cozy, though it has walls. Around it are some of the nicest open fields of green and gold, dotted by old oaks, and elms with more than a few lazy streams. The only threat to the village, or it's peoples are the goblin tribes who live in the near by hills, and the rare old giant who wanders by. Though they are not so far from the elven boarder that they don't see an elf now and then. The goblins are little real danger though, the 'Boggart' as they are called, are mostly thieves and trouble makers, though unknown to Kinsbaile a Barghast has taken over them and is training a few of the females as witches and alchemists. The halflings of Kinsbalie, known as Kithkin, are governed by the wise Gaddock Teeg, a man in his late life with wisdom and knowledge that few others have. He is a kind man who strongly believes that all problems can be solved by speaking, dealing or compromising, though when roused to defend his people he is to be feared as he wields the faith of his fellows as a weapon. can i do this: The Acceptance of guild members into the School of War has greatly increased the stores of the guild shop. All special substances (Pending revision) excluding adamantine can be bought now. Also any weapon enhancements up to +3 and any special weapons can be commissioned from them up to a caster level 10 item. The same goes for Armor.
